Follow these steps if you wish to permanently delete your ONE T account
We're sorry to see you go. If you choose to delete your ONE T account, please be aware that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal information, conversations, and content will be permanently removed from our servers.
Launch the ONE T application on your mobile device and make sure you are logged in to the account you wish to delete.
Tap on your profile icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen, then select "Settings" from the menu.
Scroll down to find "Account Management" or "Account" section and tap on it.
Find and select the "Delete Account" option. You may be asked to enter your password to confirm your identity.
Read the information provided about account deletion carefully. If you still want to proceed, tap on "Delete My Account" and confirm your choice.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. All your personal information, content, and conversations will be deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered once the deletion process is complete.
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your app store (Google Play Store) before deleting your account to avoid being charged further.
If you are unable to delete your account using the app, you can request account deletion by submitting the form below. Our team will process your request within 7 business days.
